Hooray, the dandelions are blooming! What do dandelions mean to you? Cheerful flower? Pesky weed? Spend a morning with Rachel to discover the wonders of this beautiful plant. Over the course of the morning you will learn how to make a delicious syrup and also learn how to weave using its stem.

Discover the delights of this amazing little plant. Learn how to forage safely and sustainably and how to transform this beautiful flower into the most delicious 'honey-like' syrup. Perfect on toast.....which we will most definitely sample! You will leave with a jar of your own but most imrotantly you will leave with the knowledge of how to make this with friends and loved ones for years to come. If that wasn't enough you will spend a magical morning learning how to weave with its stems, all amongst the beautiful surroundings of The Saltmarsh Farmhouse garden. We hope for this experience to be both relaxing and empowering. You will learn that if the mood takes you, you can wander, within a short distance, collect and create something lovely on the spur of the moment. Even teach your family too. Refreshments will be provided in the form of tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit etc. All the materials and tools provided.
